Contemporary Global Issues
This course investigates the most pressing global issues of our time through in-depth analysis of current events, drawing from respected international publications such as The Economist, The New York Times, Foreign Affairs, and The Atlantic.
Students will develop critical reading, discussion, and analytical writing skills while exploring the complex interplay of political, economic, environmental, and cultural forces that shape the modern world.

Instructors will select a new topic on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the complexity of the article and the issue at hand

Course Objectives
